Inkwork Design is a web design agency that specializes in graphic and website design along with web development and on-line marketing, offering everything from dynamic database driven websites to online brochures with designs that stand out.
We are based in Northern Ireland and dedicate ourselves to providing a diverse range of design products to our clients, along with a customer service and work ethic which is second to none.
We understand that a website is only as good as the leads and sales gives you . We understand because we're in business too. That’s why our design process is focused on your individual business needs in order to produce a return for your investment.
At Inkwork Design we provide our clients with a comprehensive design service including everything from web design to brochure design. Working with a wide variety of media we can provide you with a new image for your business or simply add to and expand your existing one.
All of our design solutions are tailored to each businesses individual needs. Our services include normal and flash website design, logo design, brochure, business card and letterhead design. We include all of our clients in the design process from day one to ensure you get the image, and the service you are after. We follow a customer centered process to ensure that we deliver exactaly what out clients want, each stage is broken down and carefully managed to produce a first class experience for our clients as well as a first class result.
What can you expect when you work with us?
Our process is as follows;
Design Process - Stage 1
Initial Talks - Contact us for a no obligation discussion. We will take time to understand your requirements, answer your questions and explain how we can help your business.
Fixed-price quote - We will send you a no-obligation quote with details of the work required
Deposit - 50% of agreed fee.
Design Process - Stage 2
Register domains - If required, we will register domain name(s) on your behalf and set up a web hosting account including email accounts.
Detailed discussions - We will carefully analyse your requirements and confirm these via on-site meetings, email and telephone as necessary
Content provision - you will provide us with detailed information on your company, the products you sell, images and text for the web site. If you cannot supply photos and images we can provide royalty-free images if required.
Construction -We begin design and build of the web site, incorporating design elements as agreed. We will research most effective search engine phrases for your business.
Design Process - Stage 3
Draft Approval - We will present you with a website draft for your approval at this stage you can request changes to me made to the overall design.
Second Draft Approval - Based on the changes you requested we will send you a second draft with changes made. This process is repeated on till you are happy with the design.
Design Freeze - Once you are happy with the overall design we will place a freeze on the design.
Design Process - Stage 4
Content inserted into website - We then insert your website content including photos text images and any other information. At this stage you can request minor changes such as text changes.
Testing - Once complete we test your website for broken links, web browsers , functionality and coding.
Balance of payment required - Once your website is complete we require the balance to be paid before your website goes live on the internet. When payment has been received we will issue with all passwords and usernames associated with your website including login details for email.
